Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a password. Confirm your OTP, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and your account is ready. The whole process takes less than three minutes — libre at walang hidden fees.

You must be at least 18 years old. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age is verified during KYC — you'll need to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID to complete the verification process.

75PlusPH accepts GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱) — no currency conversion fees.

The minimum deposit is ₱100. This low entry point means you can get started without committing a big amount. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though some e-wallets like GCash may have their own daily transfer caps.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are reflected instantly — within seconds of confirming the transaction on your e-wallet. InstaPay transfers typically take 1–5 minutes. PESONet and traditional bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's clearing schedule.

First, wait 10 minutes and refresh your account balance. If it still hasn't appeared, check that the transaction was successfully completed on your e-wallet app. Then contact support at support@75plusph.com with your transaction reference number and the amount. We resolve deposit discrepancies within a few hours.

75PlusPH does not charge any fees on deposits on our end. However, some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees — for example, certain bank transfers may have nominal InstaPay fees. Check your e-wallet or bank app for their specific charges before sending.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting your first withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal on 75PlusPH is ₱200. This applies to all payment methods. There is no fee charged by 75PlusPH for withdrawals, though your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply standard inbound transfer fees.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes after approval. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Common reasons include: incomplete KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, account name mismatch with the destination bank account, or pending security review on unusual activity. Contact support with your request ID and they'll clarify the specific reason and resolution steps.

Yes. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a regulatory requirement. Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. For sports betting (including PBA), the minimum stake is ₱20. For casino table games, minimum bets start at ₱10 for standard tables and ₱50 for live dealer tables. Sabong minimum bets start at ₱50 per fight.

Once a bet is confirmed on 75PlusPH, it cannot be cancelled or changed — this applies to sports bets, casino games, and sabong. If a game or event is cancelled by the organiser, bets are automatically voided and stakes returned to your wallet. Always double-check your selections before confirming.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover) is the number of times you must bet a bonus amount before you can withdraw it as cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱5,000 in total bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Details vary by promotion — always check the full terms before accepting a bonus.

Account Security

Click "Forgot Password" on the Login page and enter your registered email or mobile number. You'll receive a reset link or OTP within a few minutes. The reset link expires in 30 minutes. If you've also lost access to your mobile number, email support with a copy of your government ID for manual verification.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again, or contact support for immediate assistance. 75PlusPH will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat. Official emails come from @75plusph.com domains only. Be wary of unsolicited messages claiming to be from 75PlusPH support asking you to click links or verify credentials. If in doubt, go directly to the official site and log in from there.

Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming and select Self-Exclusion. Choose a period from 6 months to 5 years. Once activated, your account is locked for the full duration — no exceptions. In Account Settings > Responsible Gaming, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits in Philippine Peso (₱). Limits apply immediately once saved. To increase a limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies. Decreases take effect right away.

A cool-off period is a short voluntary break from gaming — 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days. During this time, your account is paused: no deposits, no bets.
