75plusph Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing or using any part of the 75plusph platform — including the website, mobile interface, betting features, casino games, or sabong lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and 75plusph (the Platform).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the 75plusph platform immediately and should not proceed with account registration. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an active account with 75plusph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 75plusph strictly prohibits the participation of minors. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise accessing the 75plusph platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of 75plusph or any of its licensed game providers, payment partners, or affiliated organisations.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 75plusph or any PAGCOR-registered operator at the time of registration or ongoing use.
• You must be registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party. Creating an account for another person is prohibited.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the 75plusph platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under another person's details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.

When registering with 75plusph, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for account termination.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 75plusph login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any other person, and you must log out of your account on shared devices. 75plusph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

• Notify 75plusph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or applications.

All financial transactions on 75plusph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). 75plusph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There are no 75plusph platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are beyond 75plusph's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 75plusph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing any withdrawal, 75plusph may require completion of the KYC verification process including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID.

Deposited funds that have not been used for betting activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted automatically from the account balance. Players will be notified via registered email before any inactivity fees are applied.

All bets placed on the 75plusph platform are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when the system returns a bet reference number to the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify that all bet details — selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming.

75plusph settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant authority for each sport or game type:

• PBA Betting: Official results as published by the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and PPBL.
• International Sports: Official results from the governing body of the relevant sport or league.
• Sabong: Results declared by the official sentensyador at the arena. No contest and empate results trigger full stake refunds.
• Casino Games: RNG results certified by the independent testing laboratory integrated with the 75plusph platform.
• Live Dealer Games: Results as visually confirmed on the live camera feed and recorded by the dealer and studio management system.

In the event of a dispute about a result, 75plusph will review available data from the source authority. The decision of the 75plusph compliance team following such a review is final and binding. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR.

All casino games available on 75plusph — including but not limited to baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and online slots — use either a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer feed from a licensed studio. The house edge for each game type is publicly available in the game information panel within the 75plusph casino lobby.

Casino game results are final once the round is completed and settled by the system. Players acknowledge that all casino games carry an inherent house advantage and that there is no strategy, system, or pattern that guarantees a positive expected return over a sufficient sample of rounds.

Live dealer games on 75plusph are streamed from professional studios using real dealers and physical equipment. Technical interruptions during a live game round will be handled according to the studio's published rules for incomplete round settlement, which are detailed in the individual game lobby before you join a table.

Online sabong betting at 75plusph is offered exclusively on live cockfighting events streamed from PAGCOR-accredited arenas. Bets on Meron, Wala, or any available side bet are accepted only during the designated open betting window for each fight, which closes when the live stream signals the start of the match.

Sabong odds on 75plusph are pool-based and change in real time as bets are placed by all participants. The odds displayed when you confirm your bet are the odds applied at the moment of confirmation — not the odds at the time you opened the bet slip. Final payout is calculated after the arena commission and 75plusph platform fee are deducted from the losing side's total pool.

• Empate (Draw): All stakes are fully refunded to bettors on both sides.
• No Contest / Cancelled Fight: All stakes are fully refunded to all bettors.
• Technical Stream Failure: If the live stream fails before a fight result is declared and the result cannot be confirmed from an official arena record, all bets for that fight will be voided and stakes returned.

75plusph offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentive programmes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game types, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the offer in the 75plusph promotions section.

General bonus rules that apply to all 75plusph promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• Abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
• 75plusph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75plusph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending and available balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account on 75plusph, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fabricated verification documents, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live games, or exploit any aspect of the 75plusph platform for unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of 75plusph bonus offers through low-risk hedging, multi-accounting, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Money laundering: Using 75plusph for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds. 75plusph complies fully with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 75plusph platform, or using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets.
• Chargebacks: Filing unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider for legitimate 75plusph transactions.

75plusph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform, other players, or 75plusph's regulatory standing.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 75plusph support. Before a voluntary closure is processed, any outstanding bets will be settled according to standard rules and verified available balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.

Accounts closed due to a violation of these Terms are not eligible for balance reinstatement. Players who believe their account was suspended in error may submit a formal appeal to our compliance team at support@75plusph.com, which will be reviewed within five business days.

75plusph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). In summary, 75plusph uses your personal data exclusively to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

75plusph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Filipino players. We recognise that while most players enjoy our platform for entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviour. Our responsible gaming programme includes the following player protection tools available directly in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.

75plusph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside 75plusph's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events).

75plusph's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

75plusph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify all registered players via their registered email address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the 75plusph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may close your account by contacting support prior to the effective date, and any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 75plusph operates under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all gaming activities on the platform are subject to PAGCOR oversight and regulation.

Any dispute arising from your use of the 75plusph platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanisms. Before escalating to PAGCOR, players are required to submit a formal written complaint to 75plusph at support@75plusph.com and allow up to 10 business days for resolution.

By using the 75plusph platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
